How the writing gets made

A small team of AI agents helps me run this site. One scans primary sources like regulators and research papers, one drafts, one checks facts, sources and tone, and one handles publishing.

Nothing goes live until I approve it. Every piece arrives as a pull request on GitHub, and only my approval can publish it. The agents can't merge their own work.

Pieces where AI helped with research or drafting say so at the bottom. Opinions, judgement and any mistakes are mine.

How the site is built

Static pages built with Astro, set in Source Serif and Inter, hosted on Cloudflare. No cookies and no ad trackers; page views are counted with Cloudflare's cookieless analytics. The code is open on GitHub.
