I'm Krishnadev Kashid, based in Mumbai. You may also see my name written as Krishna Kashid.
I have worked on data, technology and AI throughout my career, with one goal: using them to create business value. Across several roles I have built data science, analytics and AI teams from the ground up, feeding enterprise intelligence. Today that work is in Indian financial services, where models meet operations, including fraud analytics and the governance that lets AI go into production in a regulated business.
I have spoken on panels about analytics and AI in fraud prevention, and I hire early-career people who want to work in applied AI.
I read widely, and I am drawn to how startups scale and to experimentation. My habit is to form several hypotheses on a question, then try to validate or reject the fundamental thesis behind each. I try to cut noise and boost signal.
